Joint Venture Ownership Model (MDA Ownership with Hospital/Physicians): In this model, multiple entities would own a percentage of the building, sharing in the risk and returns. The percentage of each entity's ownership is flexible and negotiable.
Fee Developer Model: In this model, the hospital and/or physicians own the building and MDA acts as the developer for a predetermined fee. The risk of the project is assumed by the owners.
